The website describes the remodeling and construction services we offer, including kitchen, bathroom, basement, and home remodeling, additions, decks, ADUs, and custom homes. It is for general information only.

Any work we perform is done under a separate written contract between you and Bradley’s Building Solutions, as required for residential home improvement work in Massachusetts. If anything on this website conflicts with your written contract, your contract controls.

03Estimates, pricing, and timelines

Prices, cost ranges, timelines, and other figures on our website — including those in articles, service pages, and tools such as size estimators — are general examples. They are not quotes or guarantees. Your actual price and schedule depend on your home, the scope of work, materials, permits, site conditions, and other factors.

We provide a detailed estimate after reviewing your project, usually during a site visit. An estimate becomes binding only when it is included in a written contract signed by you and by us.
