01Who we are

Bradley’s Building Solutions Inc. (“Bradley’s Building Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a licensed and insured general contractor based in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, serving homeowners throughout the Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire. This policy applies to our website, bradleysbuildingsolutions.com, and to information you share with us by phone, email, text, or in person.

02Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out our quote or contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the description of your project. If you call, email, or text us, or meet with us for a consultation, we may also collect details such as your property address, photos of your space, project preferences, and scheduling information.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours automatically collects some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, the website that referred you, and your general location (city or region). This information is collected through cookies and similar tools described below.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or credit card numbers through our website. Please don’t include that kind of information in our contact form.

03How we use your information

  • To respond to your questions and requests for a consultation or quote
  • To schedule site visits and plan, estimate, and complete your project
  • To communicate with you by phone, text, or email about your request or project
  • To keep records of our work and meet our legal, licensing, and tax obligations
  • To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it
  • To measure how well our advertising works
  • To protect our website and forms from spam, fraud, and abuse

We will not send you marketing emails or texts unless you’ve asked to hear from us. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

04Cookies and tracking tools

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Our website uses the following tools, some of which set cookies:

  • Google Analytics — shows us how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found us. The reports we see are in summary form.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking — tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads calls us or submits our form, so we can see which ads are working.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — helps confirm that form submissions come from real people, not spam bots.
  • Site performance and caching tools — help our pages load quickly and securely.
  • Website functionality — our website software may set basic cookies needed for the site to work properly.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common standard for how websites should respond to it, our website does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

05Third-party services we use

We rely on trusted service providers to run our business and website. They may process information on our behalf, and only as needed to provide their services:

  • Google — Analytics, Ads, Maps (the map on our site), Fonts, and our business email
  • Cloudflare — spam protection on our forms
  • Our website hosting and performance providers — to host, secure, and speed up the website

The Google map embedded on our pages is provided by Google, and your use of it is covered by Google’s own privacy policy.

06How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share it:
  • With the service providers listed above, to operate our website and business
  • With subcontractors, suppliers, or inspectors when it’s needed to complete your project — for example, sharing your address with a supplier delivering materials
  • When required by law, such as to respond to a court order or comply with permit and licensing rules
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, our customers, or others
  • As part of a sale or transfer of our business, in which case your information would remain protected by this policy

07How long we keep information

Form submissions are saved in our website system and in our email so we can respond and keep a record of your request. We keep project-related information for as long as we need it to serve you, honor warranties, and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see “Your choices”).

08How we protect your information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections on our website, spam and bot protection on our forms, and limited access to customer records. No website or email system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will act promptly if we learn of a problem.

09Your choices

You can contact us at any time to:

  • Ask what personal information we have about you
  • Correct or update your information
  • Ask us to delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or business records
  • Stop phone calls, texts, or emails from us (for texts, you can also reply STOP)

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state’s laws. We’ll respond to requests within a reasonable time.

10Children’s privacy

Our website is meant for adults planning home projects. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our website may link to other sites, such as Google Maps, review sites, social media, or government resources. We’re not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so please review their policies when you visit them.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be posted here before they take effect.
